PS/IS 192 is the Magnet School for Math and Science Inquiry. At PS/IS 192, students are engaged in math and science inquiry-based learning, which gives them the opportunity to make observations; explore concepts and ideas; collect, analyze, and synthesize information; and formulate conclusions. Students learn to draw conclusions as they build their problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Inquiry-based learning is incorporated into daily classroom instruction throughout all curriculum areas. PS/IS 192 is a place where inquiring minds grow.
